DETOX YOUR MIND™: THE KEY TO OVERCOME FATIGUE AND STAY SHARP
HIMALAYAN INSTITUTE
952 BETHANY TURNPIKE
HONESDALE, PA 18431
PRESENTED BY: SUSAN TAYLOR, PhD
APRIL 29 - MAY 1
, 2011

Travel to a retreat center nestled in the beautiful Pocono Mountains for this continuing education seminar to launch your mind's metabolism. Ever wonder why some people are energized with life and others are not? Why some 90-year-olds thrive, while some 40-year-olds barely have the energy to get through the day? Maximum energy for health is not as simple as knowing what to eat or what supplements to take, although these things are certainly important. To cleanse and nourish the mind, often overlooked, is essential. During this innovative retreat, learn the latest research on diet, nutritional energetics, and supplements including herbs, vitamins, and minerals to support the mind. Important energy producers such as breathing, exercise, meditation, and having the right mental outlook on life will also be included. Detox Your Mind presents an entire lifestyle package - body, mind, and soul - to encourage the body's maximum energy production. If you want to stay focused and energized or need a lift through these tumultuous times, register TODAY!

Participants must attend this continuing education class in its entirety and complete the evaluation form to earn 10.0 contact hours of continuing nursing education.

Target Audience
Healthcare professionals including nurses, physical therapists, social workers, massage therapists, yoga practitioners, meditation specialists, social workers, psychologists, physicians, energy work practitioners, chiropractors, acupuncturists and those interested in allopathic science integration with yoga science.
